Jeff Holm is a co-founder and principal of MILLER·HOLM ASSOCIATES. He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry with architectural firms, development companies, and as a planning and entitlement consultant. His career has included positions with entities ranging from large publicly traded companies to small private partnerships. In a variety of capacities, Jeff has had direct responsibility for acquisition, planning, entitlement, and development of land assets totaling in excess of 18,000 acres and representing over 33,000 lots and dwelling units. His experience is very diverse. Among other accomplishments, Jeff’s career includes designing for architectural firms, management of the planning, entitlement and build-out of large-scale master planned residential communities in California, Hawaii and Nevada, and operating responsibilities as the representative of both sides in a joint venture. Additional management responsibilities include the planning, design and construction of unique non-residential projects such as marinas and co-project manager for development of the world-class Faye Jones SkyRose Chapel at Rose Hills Memorial Park. Jeff majored in marketing at Long Beach State (CSULB). He holds a California Real Estate Sales License. Jeff has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations.
