David Miller is a co-founder of MILLER·HOLM, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in planning, entitling, developing, leasing and managing portfolios of investment grade real estate. Prior to founding MILLER·HOLM ASSOCIATES , Mr. Miller benefitted from involvement with other leading real estate organizations such as Trammell Crow Company, McLachlan Investment Company, Parkstone Companies, Polygon Development Company, Makar Properties and Greenlaw Partners.

Mr. Miller has experience in a broad spectrum of real estate disciplines including feasibility analysis, property acquisition, planning and design development, entitlement, financing, construction management, leasing, property management, asset management and disposition. He has been responsible for projects ranging in scope from small multi-tenant business parks to large endeavors such as complex mixed-use developments combining high-rise office, retail, mid and high-rise residential and hotel towers.

A native of San Diego, California, David Miller attended the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) in 1975 and a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) degree in 1976. He and his wife are committed to supporting Christian ministries and outreach programs. They attend ROCKHARBOR Church in Costa Mesa, CA.
